A small team spent a week in April working at the centre.
11th February
Here is a picture of the welfare centre in Sacele. With no
heating in the extension or upstairs it is very cold.
31st January
Two of our management team have just been to Sacele, and report
that work is continuing apace on the welfare centre building. The centre has
been significantly increased in size by the addition of a timber extension.
Meanwhile winter conditions are hard in the poor Roma villages.
3rd January 2007
The heating is on downstairs and children have started to use
part of the welfare centre.
